Since the platform’s creation in 2016, nurturing a community and enabling it to share its ideas have been its fundamental tenets.

If our lives and careers are kept distinct, all of our experiences—the good and the bad—can benefit the subsequent individual travelling a similar or same path.

We have developed a platform within the Alliances Project to record and share success stories at various levels for the next generation to use as a benchmark. There are numerous quotations that say that professions are a marathon, not a sprint. With the Alliances Project, we expect that the industry will be better equipped educationally, physically, and mentally as the torch is handed on after the project’s inception.
